As Founder/Co-CEO of Simply Brilliant, Stuart works with companies on strategic sales/marketing, communications, training, finance and M&A initiatives. An entrepreneur in interactive technology, entertainment and education, Stuart has assisted clients in closing over $20 billion in deals, and he has produced an array of online and interactive "firsts." Clients have included major players in media, entertainment and technology, top Wall Street firms, and Fortune 500 companies such as ABC, ADP, Anthem, AT&T, Barnes & Noble, Black & Decker, Cablevision, Canon, Christie's, ESPN, GE Capital, IBM, International Paper, Johnson & Johnson, J.P. Morgan Chase, MasterCard, McKinsey, Merck, Merrill Lynch, Mitsubishi, News Corp., PanAmSat, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Sirius Satellite Radio, Turner Broadcasting, UnitedHealth Group and UBS.

In Hollywood, Stuart initiated, negotiated and concluded a term sheet with Universal Pictures for a $500 million fund to finance family movies. He convinced the two co-chairmen of Universal as well as J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs to support the deal. In the entertainment industry, Stuart focused on advancing projects that educate and inspire. He is a past executive board member of the Institute for Spiritual Entertainment in Los Angeles, a non-religious organization dedicated to promoting uplifting and inspirational entertainment.

On the East Coast, Stuart launched i3, a pioneering interactive technology company that he led as CEO for 12 years. At i3, Stuart oversaw the development and marketing of interactive presentation software that revolutionized how users could combine professionally-designed rich media with user-generated content. Microsoft and Adobe evaluated the software as best-in-class. Clients called it "PowerPoint on Steroids," and major corporations deployed it to close billions of dollars in deals. Under Stuart's leadership, i3 won numerous awards including Telly, ACE, Invision, CINDY, IABC, BMA and NY Festivals.

Stuart is also the founder of Simply Brilliant Prep (www.simplybrilliantprep.com), which provides online GMAT, GRE and Executive Assessment test prep as well as MBA admissions consulting. Simply Brilliant Prep has provided services for thousands of clients worldwide, and clients have been admitted to all of the top business schools.

Stuart started his career in investment banking at Salomon Brothers and holds an AB in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Harvard. He has spoken at the Institute for International Film Financing, the Forbes Conference on Management and Policy, the Interactive Marketing Conference, and several national Sales Management Conferences. Stuart has been featured in Sales & Marketing Management, Brandweek, and Performance magazines.

Dawn is Founder/Co-CEO of Simply Brilliant. She has formulated and executed communications strategies for CEOs at global corporations for 15 years, winning numerous national and international motivational and creative awards. At Xerox, Dawn wrote and produced a video news series for the CEO, consisting of both studio and field segments. She directed crews around the world, interviewed thousands of people, wrote scripts, supervised edits, and managed distribution to 65,000 customers and employees worldwide. At i3, a top interactive agency in the New York area, Dawn managed creative and technical people to produce web sites, presentations, press releases, events, marketing campaigns, product launches, trade shows, investor road shows and interactive games for major accounts.

Dawn also produced The Four Colors Ceremony, a PBS special on Native Americans. She was honored to be asked by native elders to capture a sacred ceremony dedicated to all races living in harmony. Dawn also worked on Angelspeake: How to Talk with Your Angels, a PBS special about how to communicate with your inner guidance.

Dawn has served as a member of the press and taught university-level courses. She has volunteered as a technical director of global satellite broadcasts for Siddha Yoga, a worldwide community of meditation ashrams, and has served on the executive board of the Institute for Spiritual Entertainment in Los Angeles. Dawn holds a master's degree in journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
